What is Pelvic Floor Rehab?
Pelvic floor rehab is a non-surgical training program that involves strengthening and relaxing the pelvic muscles that are often responsible for urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence/constipation, painful intercourse, and chronic pelvic pain.
Studies have shown upwards of 90% improvement with symptoms of urinary incontinence, fecal/gas incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, and painful intercourse.
For your convenience, we have pelvic floor rehab therapy available on Saturdays.
